On June 7, 2020, customer purchased a sandblaster attachment for an electric pressure washer. The same day it was delivered, June 12th, the customer opened a return stating the item is defective/missing parts. Ebay immediately issues a return shipping label.
The same day the customer opened his return, I messaged the customer asking what is wrong with the item. No response. 3 days later I again asked. No response.
Today June 27th, I received the item back. The original box was never opened. Not possible to see if it is defective. But just to be on the safe side, I opened it. Not defective. Buyer committed return fraud. Ebay states I have to return the customers money anyway.
Still no comment from the buyer.
