Files a fake dispute claiming the item he received was not as described. Goes rambling on making threats and chargeback threats trying to hide the fact that his dispute was fraud. Tries to dilude the fact that he bought the wrong item and is trying to make fake accusations saying we sent him the wrong item. Continues on with his bullshit threats, again hiding the fact that he bought the wrong item. Cant read cant count nothing. So he finally admits the part he needed was for a N7110 computer and the product's advertisement was clearly stated (6 words total) it was for a N7010. Gets 2 emails with links to the support site and both times deliberately ignores them both. Files a dispute and then for 2nd time contacts us directly when he knews to use the support site. The whole time this thief is trying to hide the fact that he cant read, when its documented on the invoice saying (1) he read the product's advertisement and (2) read the policies. Tries to sit there and deliberately violate every single policy he legally agreed to, starts making threats, to try to get a company to give into to his bullshit demands knowing the whole time this idiot bought the wrong thing. Instead of admitting it, he plays his bullshit games trying to blow smoke up everyone's asses to hide his bullshit. Oh and to hide his bullshit when we have him documented in writing stating he bought the wrong item, he goes and says "oh well i have a witness standing right here next to me".
