This guy is a total lunatic, RACIST, he makes false claims about items in an attempt to get something for free. He sends a return request and messages you stating the item is not as described, but in the same message says he is disabled, doesn't drive, and doesn't "Do Returns". He wants you to refund his payment so he can keep the item for free. In trying to work out something amicably, he will then make racist and racially driven remarks that are totally off subject in an attempt to bully you into giving in. It is deplorable that eBay allow this person to continue to carry on in such a way. I was nothing but polite and offered to refund his payment upon return, even went as far as to arrange a free return with pickup from his home for him. Still, bombarded with racist remarks, poor attitude, false claims, and I ended up with a negative. Avoid at all costs but if you're stuck dealing with him, REPORT him to EBAY and here too to help others please!
