This person won an auction on eBay of an item I was selling. The price of postage was incorrectly stated. I immediately refunded his payment and then sent at least 3 new invoices to him with the new price. He refused to acknowledge the new invoices and refused to pay. That was OK but he then reported me as a bad seller on eBay despite him actually not buying anything from him. I believe this to be a fraudulent statement. If he did not want to pay the extra $5 of postage OK but there was no reason to report me as a bad seller.
