Wow, this has to be one of the worst abuses I have every had to put up with as a seller. The buyer is hostile in every message and expect you to respond to them immediately or else. If a package gets lost in the mail some disappointment is expected and I have always been able to work that out with buyers on the rare occasion it happens. But this - you would think the world had ended and this person needed to burn the seller down to the ground for their own amusement. I tried everything but no matter how much I tried to make it right for them, they just turned more abusive and demanding. If you come up against them, save yourself the tears and avoid them.
