Details: | Buyer claimed item not received though tracking indicated FedEx left it at his door step. I shipped a replacement with signature required for delivery. After several attempts by FedEx to deliver item I asked them to hold at depot while I contacted buyer directly. Buyer would not respond to my email advising his package is waiting at FedEx depot for him to pick it up, nor to my calls. He however kept texting me with the line" where is my item" for up to 4 times /day for more than 7days. Finally He picks up the package kept it for 45day after the pick up, then wants to return for full refund b/c 1. Item not as described 2. Item damage 3. item is missing parts 4. wrong size sent. I emailed him again to resolve the concerns he expressed, offered to send missing parts if any ( I must emphasize no parts were missing as this 2nd package was checked twice to ensure order fulfilment accuracy). All in all he was not willing to engage me in resolving any of the claims he put up nor was he will to tell me what was missing nor what size he received vs what size he wanted. I ended up absorbing the cost of 2 packages / 2 shipping costs - I simply refunded his money. |
