Buyer opened a Case with PayPal claiming "Paid with other method". The case was opened the day that the tracking number for their order shows it was delivered. The buyer told PayPal that they paid via Check or Cash which would have been impossible since the item was purchased and paid for on the same day and the buyer is located in Puerto Rico and Seller is in Washington State USA. In addition the Seller does not accept any other forms of Payment for eBay Purchases other than PayPal. This guy clearly is trying to defraud eBay sellers through the PayPal Resolution Center. We the seller responded to PayPal with the Sales Record data showing only one payment was made via PayPal. Still waiting on their decision.
