This buyer purchased an item which was not damaged prior to shipment. I shipped the item to them, and they contacted me claiming that there were two large chips in the item - must have happened during shipping I assumed.
They contacted me 10 DAYS after I received the item back. This is plenty of time to damage the item.
THEY REFUSED TO COOPERATE with the eBay insurance claim process. They shipped the damaged item back to me and demanded a refund, which I gave because I knew that I had to.
So either they were 1) bitter that they can't have the item AND the money or 2) they damaged the item themselves after receiving it.
So do yourself a favor if you are selling to this Hold Fast Speed Shop place and just place them on your block list. If they don't like your item, they will break it, refuse to help you recover your losses, and leave you with a broke item and lost money.
As of today, the buyer's feedback is PRIVATE. Beware of buyers with private feedback! It's likely private for a reason!
