Buyer purchased boots from me and then almost immediately upon receipt filed a return request stating items not as described (INAD). Buyer also provided photos in her return request of a totally different pair of boots, same style but the condition was totally different than the boots I mailed her. The boots in my listing were sent as described and photographed. Bait and switch buyer with a new eBay ID and zero feedback at the time of purchase.
