Paul Kell purchased two vinyl LPs and decided he did not want one of them. In Ebay messages about the one LP, Kell said that the Ebay description of the LP itself was completely false – which was not true, the LP was accurately graded and fully described inside and out.

When I offered refund upon return - as per both the listing and Ebay policy - Kell then complained about shelf wear on the cover - which was both described in the listing and depicted in the photo – as well as complaining about non-existent splits on the cover. No further mention was made about the LP itself.

I repeated my offer of refund upon return, but Kell responded by sending increasingly threatening and abusive messages demanding extra payment for international mailing to return the item - ignoring the return policy as stated in the original listing.

As expected, he opened an Ebay case, which gave him a portion of the original mailing costs - even though I had given him two-for-one shipping and had not charged him for mailing costs on the second (disputed) LP .

Kell did return the LP in acceptable condition - confirming his lies and B.S. about condition. Ebay gave him a full refund of the LP price as well as a portion of the original mailing costs – which he never paid on this second LP.

However, this was not good enough for Kell, who then left retaliatory negative feedback which lied about not only the condition of the item, but the refund he received.

When I left him feedback that responded to his lying, Kell then left negative feedback for the LP that he kept – again lying about the condition of the kept LP as well as a refund he never even requested.

What elevates this clown above the garden variety troll is that he could have gotten the refund that Ebay was going to give him without dragging the process out with weeks of arrogant greed, abuse and stupidity.
