This buyer is the biggest con artist around. Not only is he a conartist he's a lying bs artist. Will deliberately file fraud dispute after fraud dispute for the sole purpose of trying to steal merchandise from sellers he purchases things online.

Will sign forms and then the very next day initiate disputes and deliberately lie. This buyer is nothing but a moron, when he makes claims knowing full well we have his signature on a form stating he had read and agreed the terms and conditions of the sale. Total BS artist.

When he loses the dispute for his attempted mail order fraud, within an hour he will try to falsify another dispute claiming the item wasnt as described. Once again we got this idiot signing document after document. Obviously trying to continue playing his mail order fraud games.
