Details: | Customer ordered two hair clippies for $.90, free shipping, no charges for handling. Shipped immediately within 1 day of payment. 6 days later, I am threatened with negative feedback because the item was received broken and they obviously want a refund. I immediately asked for a picture of the broken item. I never received a picture of the item, nor was it ever returned. I have not issued a refund as of yet, because this is against ebay's own policy. Unless the item is either returned at the buyer's expense, or it is verified to be broken - I simply cannot issue a refund. I was also told via their message to me that I should have wrapped my items better, as it is completely my fault that the post office broken the clippies in the mail. I explained politely that they didn't pay for additional packaging, and I explained in my listing how it would be packaged. I responded by showing my own photos of the items while packaged prior to shipment. I have a feeling this was a scam. I have not received negative feedback in regards to this, they have not left ANY feedback at all. I also have not received any further communication from them or ebay in regards to this matter. |

I DID receive bad feedback from this seller. "Broken with no resolution". Obviously, I offered a resolution. Prove it's broken, or don't get refunded. It's ebay's own policy. Ebay told me they cannot remove the feedback as it's part of the "buyer's opinion".
