Buyer first tried to test waters by asking if item is shipped AFTER the item was already delivered to her address for 3 hours. After I replied to her that her item was already delivered, she all of sudden changed her story, and claimed she got an "artist portfolio" instead of the LEGO toy set she bought.

She further tried to scam me by requesting replacement, which obviously, would just end up being "artist portfolio" once again.

She filed a return request the next day for the reason "wrong item sent". This is a professional eBay scammer and social engineer.

She also impersonate others, she impersonate another woman with the same name, who works at George Soros hedge fund. It's funny how a eBay seller (she has like 2000 feedbacks) who had been selling clothes for a living, who is so morally bankrupt to scam for a $150 LEGO toy set, trying to impersonate someone who earns millions every year working in a multi-billion hedge fund.
