she is trying to get free merchandise . . . she filed a claim with paypal 3 weeks after receiving item in mail, saying she did not buy merchandise. . . she would not file a claim with ebay, only paypal, and would not return item to me {i give refunds only there is a picture of shipping damage or they returned item}
