Always found that dealing with buyers from NC they are a bunch of moron hicks that cant comprehend simple instructions. Especially if you send them 1000 copies, its in through one ear and out the other. THey will make up their own terms and then complain every step of the way. First off, you ship only to the confirmed and verified credit card address. As long as you ship to that address and only to that address, there can be no claims of the person saying its fraud. You have all the information and tools to lookup the information online. Large ticket purchases should immediately throw up a red flag, especially when you should be looking at every single sales order to make sure the credit card address matches the shipment address. If you lost anything thats your own fault!
