| Details: | customer ordered a part, we shipped it to him in Canada and charge him UPS shipping to get it to him in Canada. Customer later sends us an email blasting us for making him pay his duties and and taxes!!! Customer did not understand that he needs to pay his countries duties and taxes not us. he then went on to insult us and then decided to put a completely unfair post slandering us..... stay away from this customer if you are a US shipper he will try to extort shipping, broker fees, and taxes from you!!! |
