Customer did not understand that he needs to pay his countries duties and taxes not us. he then went on to insult us and then decided to put a completely unfair post slandering us..... stay away from this customer if you are a US shipper he will try to extort shipping, broker fees, and taxes from you!!!

Typical stupid moron idiot. The person is beyond the word stupid. Dont know where your from, but if your US there shouldnt pay taxes. At least your covered up to the first $200 duty free. The stupid asshole knew he was buying an item from other country and knew that he had to pay duty fees and taxes. thats something he should be bitching and complaining to the country he lives in. This asshole wants you to pay for his export taxes and doesnt care if you loose money. Make sure if you sell international, that you put in clear bold letters that the buyer is responsible for duty fees, taxes and other import charges, and if they return/refuse the item because of it, they will loose the shipping costs.

If you intend to ship international, you the seller, have to make it perfectly clear on the checkout page for international buyers that (1) they are responsible for all customs charges and fees and (2) they should know these fees prior to purchase and (3) prices in shipping do not include customs charges. that also should be included in your policies and have way of documenting the buyer (international) read and agreed to them at the point of sale.
