Right there you know that Amazon is a con artist just as much as the buyer. Under normal visa mastercard regulations that Amazon has to follow, the buyer cannot get any refund until they return the item back. thats the law. I would stop doing business on Amazon and file a complaint with the SEC and FTC. You should send the asshole a collections letter saying that your going to get a police report and file petty larceny charges against him and tell him the fines and jail time he can face. If he avoids you mail him the police report to show you mean business, and also get Amazon for aiding and abedding
