Details: | Buyer purchased a lot of collectible glass items. One arrived broken. I agreed to a refund but buyer gave negative feedback saying I did not respond. I did respond and in fact refunded the full purchase price for all items, not just the broken one. When I asked for the feedback to be revised, she said I was being "pushy". |
