First off you should never ship to PO Box. The reason being, the cunt can scam all the people she wants, close the PO Box when you try to initiate any legal action against and then disappear without you knowing. You want a physical address and not one of those addresses that bill to a PO Box or a po box related service.
The cunt sounds like she's from New York. In cases like that, if you shipped the item, let the item get delivered and end the business transaction immediately. Take longer times to respond to ass holes like her and once the transaction is concluded, just dont deal with her, delete the emails. Its obvious its scam she's pulling and hiding behind a po box address to do it.
