| Details: | Buyer purchased $77 Tom Ford makeup from our store on Amazon. Claimed that received a defective item and wanted free return shipping label and full refund. We asked to know what defect the item had, so we can improve our standards of shipping since we inspect every item very carefully prior to shipping, and ship with great care, and we offered to send a free replacement item. They responded that the defective packaging gave them an allergic reaction and needed their money back asap and return label. :) |

If a makeup causes an allergic reaction, then it IS a defective product!

"defective packaging gave them an allergic reaction". Defective Packaging gives allergic reaction? Also if you are familiar with Tom Ford, it is an EXPENSIVE makeup manufacturer that adheres to strict FDA standards, there is no possibility that they would be selling a contaminated product, or even more unlikely "packaging". When you are allergic to peanuts and you buy them at the store and have a reaction, do you go back to the store and get your money back because the peanuts were defective?
