Buyer purchases a hard drive from us and claims it's defective before it is even received. We produced tracking number after the fact to prove that it was delivered but still lost $50 because of their confused English and claim that they mixed up buyers and dates. Refused to return drive as well but wanted a replacement sent. Offer to send replacement once the original drive was returned back to us but that was refused as well. A collector of free hard drives here.
