| Details: | He buys internationally and after a couple of days he opens a case in PayPal claiming that he has not received the item. While PayPal had been investigating the case he received the item, but he hadn't notified PayPal so as to close the case. I had to report him to PayPal so as to retrieve the funds of the purchase. Totally unfaithful. Sellers avoid doing business with him. |
