DO NOT ACCEPT ORDERS FROM EDITA SIMONE SHE IS A PSYCHOPATH AND WILL COMMIT FRAUD.

This customer purchased a few tarot decks from us and a book. She emailed us a week after receiving all confirmations that she did not order this. The order was placed by her computer IP (the same IP which emailed us placed the order). She also DID receive the items. She stated she was doing a chargeback but we asked her not to and asked her to drop off the package at USPS and refuse it. We get the items back and she opened every deck in the box. She also ripped up the deck. We cannot sell used decks so these are completely useless to us.

This customer attempted to make a false dispute with her bank in order to return these items that are against our shipping policy. Absolutely NO ONE stole her credit card information and ordered books and tarot decks to her house. She has a tarot INSTAGRAM so clearly this is her.

DO NOT SELL TO HER SHE IS MENTALLY UNSTABLE.
