Details: | The buyer purchased a computer on Amazon.com. Upon receipt the buyer opened a claim that the item is not as described stating: "i order big monitor, 30 in. but is just 11 in high same the 22 in monitor". Yes, this is an ultrawide monitor. The height maybe the same as a 22" monitor, but the diagonal is 30". The item was as described. I contacted the buyer upon receipt of the return but there was no response. Obviously, he either didn't read the specs, didn't know what he wanted or simply just changed his mind. In total I lost $150 in shipping costs. |
