Details: | This buyer filed fraudulent A-to-Z guarantee claim for a full refund. He claimed he never received the order, however according to the UPS tracking number, the order was delivered. Instead of looking for his order, the first initial email was, order not received, give me my refund. If you honestly did not receive your order, wouldn't you first ask where is your order? Instead he immediately filed an A-to-Z guarantee claim asking for a refund. This is a red flag that this buyer knew what he was doing, stole parts and demanded a credit to his credit card. As sellers, you know we do not handle the processing of the refund, Amazon is the processing merchant. We cannot refund on specific credit cards or can see what credit card the buyer used. This buyer demanded a refund to his credit card and was irate that this wasn't done, left us a negative feedback and harassed us. The order was delivered by UPS and the buyer refused to cooperate with UPS regarding his "missing" package. He would not respond to UPS's calls or emails for the UPS driver to come to his house to confirm delivery. Do not sell anything to this buyer! Cancel his order immediately! |
