Buyer said she didn't like the item and wanted a refund but refused to return the merchandise, even though we pay for return shipping. Tried repeatedly to get her to return it, but she refused; still demanding an instant refund. Ultimately we received negative feedback for not refunding and letting her keep the merchandise.
