Opened a case against us AFTER the item shipped. We attempted to contact the buyer and those calls went unanswered and messages un-returned. The buyer had nearly one week to open a case prior to shipping but waited until it was in the carrier system, well on its way to his recipient. If this was a compromised account, Mr. Fitzpatrick did not take action until the item shipped, even though he had plenty of warnings that a transaction had occurred. He is either a thief or his account is compromised, either way, you will be better off not shipping anything to this person or his recipients.
