I am truly sorry for the inconvenience in the deal at eBay. I didn't know your return policy was quite tricky, unlike Amazon's. It's my misunderstanding that I thought the same as Amazon's return policy. Besides, I didn't buy it personally, but at the request of the church I was attending, I found your product and purchased it, and unfortunately, my church's broadcasting system was not compatible. And I tried to solve the problem as you suggested, but in the end, the product was unavailable with the system, so my church had no choice but to return it. In the unprecedented situation of COVID19, my church was in a complicated position to provide live-streaming services using multi-cameras. However, I'm deeply sorry for making you so uncomfortable in this process anyway.
