Customer bought a item. Claimed damage in shipping. New/exchange item sent within 24 hours as promised, along with a postage paid return label for supposed damaged item provided. Customer requested cancel/return AFTER replacements were already sent and did not even wait to get the replacements. Demanded FULL refund before new items were even received or returned. Left Negative feedback then Filed a returns case & a paypal case without ever returning anything. Her return had already been agreed to by seller in the system. Seller reported her to Ebay and was told to have no further contact. Ebay escalated case and the case was found in the SELLERS favor. No refund, removed negative feedback, record of violations on buyers account. Paypal refunded her, but did not charge back the seller because of the unusual circumstance. This person got DOUBLE the merchandise for FREE and never returned anything. She has left 3 negatives and a neutral for sellers in the past 6 months. Unreasonable, demanding, Just wanted something for nothing apparently.
