First off, you dont refund anyone until you get your original product's back. Sounds like you had a few dealings with this buyer and every single time she pulls the same thing. If thats the case, your an idiot for taking her repeat business.

This was Amazon order, and amazon issue refund regardless what was shipped. 2nd there is no no way you can control the buyer on Amazon.
