| Details: | Buyer purchases and receives Wizard of Oz DVD. 5 days later, buyer complains that the disc skips so much that the movie is unwatchable. I asked the buyer to provide a video recording illustrating the problem before I make any suggestions. No reply from buyer. Avoid selling to this mentally retarded dumb Southerner. It's obvious she tried to scam me hoping I would give her a refund. Unfortunately for her, I always put up a fight unlike other sellers. You tried to scam your way to a refund but failed. Now your reputation fell to the ground. Go pick up the pieces you country club whore. |

I don't usually take the buyer's side, but I have to ask you...
How much can you conceivably charge for a "Wizard of Oz" DVD? Let's go nuts and say it's some special edition with a bunch of add-ins and fancy packaging and stuff, and let's say it was $25.
If you required me to send in a video for a $25 refund, I'd complain to eBay, too. That's an odious requirement for a return. Do you seriously think someone is running a long con to get a free DVD?
Out of curiosity, why didn't you just have them return the DVD and refund the money? If it wasn't defective, you could just sell it again. If it was, it was a justified return to begin with.
For a person calling southerners dumb, you certainly didn't think this story all the way through.
