Buyer made fraudulent claims and tried to scam me out of money by making threats against my family and I. He made the threats off of eBay so that they were not recorded. He continued to harass me by phone and email but left his eBay messages calm and polite insisting that he never received his goods. Shipping clearly showed delivered so he changed his story to item not as described. I gave him a full refund just to be done with him. These are the people that ruin eBay.
