I sent him German binoculars ~ 1930. In perfect condition.
The buyer took my lenses from him and put his broken lenses in it. Used my binoculars for spare parts. He photographed my binoculars with his broken lens and demanded a refund. Due to eBay customer loyalty, he won a debate.

Thats why products over a certain value you need to take pictures and store them on your computer. If there is a problem, you have them as evidence and also add insurance when you ship it. Fuck the buyer if they dont want it, add it to the cost.
