Alan needs to be more patient and wait for his merchandise to arrive without submitting chargebacks (payment reversals) a couple days after the products are dispatched. Keep in mind that chargeback penalties hurt the merchant/seller as well even if a chargeback is positively resolved after goods are delivered.
