My auction states no users under 25 positive feedback and he is using his brothers account, not his own and does not have 25 positive feedbacks. He used buy it now, I immediately refunded his monies and he got mad and left me a negative with a smart remark in the ebay messages. I emailed ebay and they did nothing, his reasons for the negative have nothing to do with the transaction. I believe he is a fraudulent buyer, why not get your own ID?
