This is from Carolyn Hranko. I won Dr. Perricone face cream from Grace Suarez,Ebay id :forestgardenbooks. She lives in Fairfield,CA 94533. She sent the cream with a Fake product inside. I complained to Ebay and my money was refunded. When I looked at her Feedback she had done this before to another person. I returned the product and she said I left the lid off which was not true.She was mad because she had todo the refund and started calling my phone with profanity and sent me 28 messages thru Ebay messages. She also had a Friend who lived close to her that she had buy a Gymboree sweater from me on Ebay (lilyof sands). Her friend won it and instantly started sending me nasty messages about the sweater.
Ten days later the Friend still was harassing me also.
Here's the Best part of the story: The Friend never even received the Sweater because he had given a wrong address and the Sweater was RETURNED back to me. So I have the Sweater and a envelope from the Post Office showing that it was never received.Anyone want to see it ? Contact me thru Ebay. Cream cost was $40.Grace Suarez was mad because I caught her when she tried to 'rip' me off and had to return my money.

As you can see by the IP address used in both complaints on here, they were made by the same seller. Long story short, Buyer didn't buy a cellphone. Seller is just trying to cover their ass because they screwed up and got called out on the health and beauty transaction.

Advise to use toolhaus to lookup hranko777 feedback left for others. Buyer is a real piece of work.
