I am sorry you selling experience on eBay was less than desirable. Our company has over 300,000 transactions on eBay. We do not tolerate the buying and selling of counterfeit books. I accordance with the law, we always file a claim with eBay when we receive a counterfeit book. If you are not in the business of selling counterfeit books, then it is unfortunate someone sold you one. Maybe you can contact the marketplace on which you purchased the book for some recourse.

I JUST mailed two college books to this person and they are wanting money refunded for shipping when it actually cost me more than what they paid!!!! I wish I had seen this sooner!!!! SCAMMERS!!!!! BEWARE!!! They be band from Ebay!!!!

They just bidded on my textbook on the last day. I knew I should've removed my textbook from the store earlier in the week. Seeing someone bid on it was too good to be true. >.

This user just bought several books from me and after reading this I am hesitant to send. Can I cancel the order without it negatively impacting me?

I wouldn't do business with them. My textbook was verified from the University as authentic, verified by the publisher (who I contacted after their false claims on eBay), and this BadBuyer still posted fake photos of thin paper and a different color book to make a claim on eBay to keep the money and the book. I had photos of the book, pages and identification that was shipped to them to prove it. You can't trust them. They are scam artists.

Instagood - going as Barbara Alexander now. Same address though. I mailed them a textbook on December 3rd. USPS said it was delivered, no Issues on December 10th. Today they ask for refund saying the package was damaged and the book was lost. They did post a picture of the USPS plastic bag that says there was damage, but the picture doesn't show the package inside the bag. Now seeing how many people, on multiple sites, have reported these people.... I'm sure its a scam and have reported them to Ebay.
