Nightmare buyer, he bought screen from me, he even left positive feedback when he received and installed the screen, few days later he request new screen he claimed screen cracked itself. As an technician with 6 years experience I have no doubts that gorilla glass can not cracked itself . Buyer upload picture of item, screen was completely smashed... I explained customer that warranty do not cover physical damage however I offered free screen repair, buyer called me very rude person and opened return case against me. I have lost £50. This guy is very nasty person and he can tell any lie to receive money back.
