| Details: | Edgar Ornelas told us on July 30, 2020 that we sold his email address to spammers and that he would contact his attorney. His accusation is that of having committed the crime of violating the CAN-SPAM act. Mr. Edgar Ornelas Tepusco signed a contract with us on 2020-07-24 17:30:05 from IP address 38.68.134.251 that he would not accuse us of unlawful acts or be publicly blacklisted if the would persist doing so instead of apologizing. When we explained to him that we do seven figures a year and do not need to sell emails for two cents a piece, he said that we are liars and do not sell that much by far. He said that instead of apologizing, he would post everywhere on the internet that we are criminals who sell people's emails and that we have terrible customer service and are only PRETENDING to be a serious, major dermaneedling company. This threat is a threat of online defamation, which carries a max. prison sentence of two years in our jurisdiction. |

I have screenshots of the complete conversation we had. I never threaten you with violence, what I said was that I would contact my attorney for your constant lying and defamation. Furthermore I never accused you of doing anything I merely asked you if my email address had been sold to which you responded in an enraged manner when you could’ve simply replied no.

Mr. Edgar Ornelas Tepusco today contacted our Registrar, using the name "John Stevens" and emaill: yuhyuh681@outlook.com. He told them he is prepared to commit criminal Copyright violation in order to "prove" his criminal defamation allegations against us.

Mr. Edgar Ornelas Tepusco committed criminal defamation against us but instead of mending his way, he claimed to our Registrar that WE committed criminal defamation against the people we publicly blacklisted for theft, extortion, fraud, criminal threats, libel etc. So that is another criminal act by him: The knowingly false accusation of a crime.

First off, anything this asshole enters on someone else site is his own bullshit. He knew immediately that he was placing his own information on a third party website. No one took his information without his permission, the moron voluntarily placed his information on a third party site, thats it! If the asshole moron was so concerned about his email begin taken then the idiot should of used another email address, one for this purpose and one for the another. The moron uses an outlook.com, which is not his property, he has no claims over that email address. He does not own it! He's the stupid asshole that puts his full name on it. Since the idiot used his full name, the it becomes public knowledge, where else did this moron use it, he's got to go to ever single company he got the email address from and prove it was you. Timing doesnt mean shit!
