I am a former employee. This is true, they wont even pay their employees or Dr's what they owe them. They have given every vendor the run around until the vendor just gives up. After that they just get a new one and the process starts all over. The list of excuses just go on and on until you waist more time than it's worth trying to recover your money. Don't dance with this devil or you will get burned.....

And here it is 4 years later and they are still doing the same thing and worse. Bouncing payroll checks and not paying in 10 months of employee’s social security money - disgusting.

The owner, Neena Kanwar, owes many millions to multiple vendors and multiple Radiologists and will hopefully come to the attention of the authorities for allegedly failing to pay years of payroll taxes. A true scalawag...bad business woman and a true classless ass of an individual!

Is there a law suit or anything going on where we can sue for non payment. We are a vendor in Florida who also has not been paid.

Neena Kanwar is nothing short of a thief. She took insurance deductions from employee paychecks but didn't pay their insurance premiums for over 5 months. She walked away with the money, leaving patients, employees, and vendors with nothing.

Exactly there has to be something we can all do

Neena Kanwar is an evil, thoughtless person. She is greater narcissist than Obama. A person with no integrity, no business sense, no people skills and no value to the human race. If given the choice to tell the truth or lie with the same basic outcome she will tell the lie. Basically a horrible person. She will fire a person for no good reason but for spite. Ego and power were the only motivating forces. Good business practices and quality service did not trump her evil personality. A liar. A cheat. A terrible person. She sees herself as better than everyone she comes into contact with. She bought my practice. She lied. She stole from the practice. And now it is time to pay. Enjoy it.

KMH is notoriously bad about paying their bills, among other things. In 2017, a class was approved to seek relief under the TCPA for "junk faxes" sent by KMH.

Hello Everyone - Just FYI that Neena Kanwar and Vijay Kanwar are not the owners of KMH Cardiology Canada - KMH Cardiology Canada was sold to people that have nothing to do with them any more.

KMH Cardiology has been helpful direct me to the Kanwars where possible, but are not the same company and simply chosen to keep the same Brand as it's known in Ontario.

The new people are decent and just trying to rehab the damage the Kanwars caused.

Hello Everyone - Just FYI Neena Kanwar and Vijay Kanwar were screwed over by the new buyers. They fired any employees that didn't want to go their crooked lying ways, I know because I was the one being told to tell lies about Neena and after they used me for their purposes, now I am not working there any more.
