Buyer purchased a DVD and made very specific requests stating "Hello, thank you for this great item. Now, I must beg of you, my USPS is awful about being careful with my mail. If it can be crushed or dented it will be. Will you please package these items as secure and protected as humanly possible? Maybe even write FRAGILE on it? I would greatly appreciate it." (first sign of fraud in my opinion are specific requests such as these). I packaged it in a box then wrapped in bubble wrap. He immediately requested a return when he received stating there are strange vertical lines on the DVD Box. When I received it back, I was completely shocked at how stupid someone could be, not sure how he had the brains to even type on a computer to make an purchase online. The lines he was referring to is the factory shrink wrap stretched around the DVD case. Unbelievable.
