This person bought from my shop 2 sleep eye masks and she gave me 2 neutral feedbacks without explanation.
I contacted her asking if everything was ok with the products. Two days without any answer. I left her two negative feedbacks.After 5 min. she answer me.
Here is her response : "Hi Goia,
I'm not unhappy with the product, I'm pretty neutral on it, they aren't for me, I can't leave some feedback if that helps
Thanks"
I tried to explain why is important for me to have a fair feedback.I asked her about changing the feedbacks, because I don't want to be a bad or unfair person. And she started to being sarcastic about my condition( very deep anxiety) and call my work(the work that I can do, the only income that I have) as a HOBBY.
"I think it's quite childish to attempt to strong arm me into making you feel better? Im not the one that needs the "support" you count on customers to supplement for your hobby. I do not appreciate your feedback as I paid and waited patiently and didn't give you any negative remarks on your time frame. I have just reported you for your behavior and your attitude towards your customers if we don't give you a "positive" feedback. Good luck on your future customers. I also do not appreciate you referring to your "condition" as a pain point here, the business agreement is superlative and always should be if you are attempting to run your shop. I have always respected Etsy shop owners and their products."
