Details: | I sold Ahsan Ali (ah-8490) a 10 pack of sim card eject tools. Within hours, he starts complaining about his item not yet being shipped. He purchased at 7pm central time. Complaint started at 4am central time (following morning) I explained the post office was not open at the time of purchase and still not open when he started complaining). He said said ok. That afternoon the item shipped out. The following morning he's complaining that he still has not received his item. I explained to him about how long transit times take. He says ok. 2 days later he's complaining again that he still has not received the item. Again I explain about the time frame. Again he says ok. 3 days later he's asking me if i even mailed it yet because he still has not received it. Again, I told him it doesn't happen over night. The following morning, he said its been 2 weeks and he still does not have his item. I explained it has only been 6 days. The says ok.. 2 days later he opened a case stating he still has not received his item and he wants a refund. I then told him "Why are you playing games? Typical of a scammer. I have blocked you, reported you to ebay for attempted fraud, posted your user ID and address to all my friends that sell on ebay (approximately 300) and posted all your information to the "Bad Buyer" forums on the internet."
What I should have done right from the start was research the buyers address. The address is actually a freight forwarding address. The phone number provided is also for this same location. |
