Ok, fine. There are no criminal libel statute laws in the United States. You cannot be charged with a crime by the state.
4 years at Mercer Law says I'm right. I don't care what some rando at Wikipedia has to say on the topic. Call your local district attorney's office and tell them you want to bring criminal libel charges. Let me know how that works out for you.
As a matter of fact, just shoot me the citation to a criminal libel statute from a state legal code. Yeah... they don't exist.

Did you even read the link you posted? The only example they could give of it being in use was Samoa, and they dropped it in 2013.
