Report it to Ebay immediately to get that feedback removed. Take pictures of everything you post online and then put a special marking in invisible ink on the product only where you know where it is. Record all serial numbers etc, so the asshole buyer couldnt pull their bullshit. It would also be a good idea to mail a letter and email this bitch saying she's going to have criminal charges filed against her by her local police and get sent to a collection agency for $ lost by you and have postal fraud charges filed.
