Buyer purchased brand new nintendo switch when item arrived in Doral Fl. Two days later a refund was started because item didn't work/defective. I sent a return label and it was used in Brooklyn. Buyer closed the case. Nothing never arrived but a delivered has been processed. I contacted Ebay to file for appeal. I won my appeal, ebay didnt give me details on how or why but their automation program was still sending me alert saying they were going to refund the buyer. I contacted them multiple times and they kept promising me don't worry you won your appeal. I did some researching the phones are fake (domincan republic area codes) and the address where item went was a ship station. Key notes PAY FOR THE RETURN LABEL (scammer got screwed wasn't able to send item back from ship station address).
