i sold Sega Saturn VCD Card for use on Japanese Saturn Console.
buyer received the item when 08/13/13
it is passed 9 days.
and email to me 08/22/13
the item is not working. because it was broken in envelop.
i asked him about the pictures of broken item , VCD disc
and Japanese Saturn console.
he didn't give me the pictures.
and he told " it cannot play mpeg japanese games"
i told hime back : this card is not be used for play japanese games , it is used for play VCD disc format on Saturn.
but he has opened the dispute " item is not as decription" he want to get a full refund.
i replied "please return the item for a full refund"
he replied " he will not return the item back to me but he want to get the full refund"
he told " he will not pay for the shipping cost"
i replied " i will pay for the return shipping if the item is not working really"
he angry me and give me the negative feedback.
please avoid this buyuer because he is a wily buyer.
i don't think he is fool.
