Item was held by Italian custom,so the tracking information did not update for quite some time. Buyer complains and out of goodwill, I refunded the money via paypal. Exactly after I refunded the money, buyer leave me a negative feedback that was removed by ebay after contacting them. And to make the insult worse, the buyer have received the item. Tracking showed that it was delivered, after I made the refund. Suffice to say, I do not send to Italy anymore. It is too many problems |

Someone take your kindness as a weekness. You freaked out like a lot of sellers do when something goes wrong. The fact the item was still in transit, once you have proof of shipment and its electronically available, its the couriers responsibility. Next time state your not responsible for courier delivery times after its out of your hands. Give them the tracking number and the direct link, prove you shipped it out. And leave it at that, dont refund anything, which was your fault for refunding and getting all paranoid.
