Buyer purchased this vintage fanny pack. A couple of days later they opened a return and stating it was damaged in shipping. I requested photos of the item and packaging. They did not respond. The return was approved and they sent back the item. What I received was a bag that was hardly recognizable to what I sent. It was ripped practically from one side to the next and had significant wear on it indicating it had been roughly used. On the return slip they wrote it "fell apart" while "testing the zipper" and that it had "a hole at the zipper" when received. When I pointed out the inconsistencies of her statements and provided photographs of the item to eBay she immediately opened a chargeback (claiming item not as described) and dropped a negative feedback accusing me of being dishonest! Upon further investigation of this person's feedback left for others practically EVERY OTHER feedback is NEGATIVE! AVOID THIS BUYER AT ALL COST!

How can a fanny pack get damages in shipping. There is no way in hell it could happen. The fact the bitch couldnt get a return out of it and destroyed your property and then tried to con you. Send the asshole a letter with a bill for the item plus any and all fees. If the bitch refuses then tell her your filing fraud charges and taking her sorry ass to collections.

Its a good idea to get yourself some cheap camera and take pictures of the item just before you package them and save them for 180 days, keep it in a folder on your HD for at least 6 months so that they cant file any disputes after that. You might also make shipping insurance mandatory and put the fees automatically in the shipping costs. Anytime there's a problem get the buyer's statements have them sign a document (use jotform.com) for it and open a claim with the signed statement. you'll get whatever the item is insured for and you dont have to deal with stupid bitches like that.
